| We are so grateful to all our generous parents who volunteer their time to help the band of gold! There are many ways you can help (see the list at the bottom of this page).
Chaperones Parents who wish to chaperone must be registered dividend volunteers with Seminole County Public Schools. Before parents can serve as chaperones, they must read and agree to abide by the Band Chaperone Guidelines below:
Concessions Our greatest need for volunteers is in the concessions. It takes 25 volunteers to run a single varsity football game. Band runs the concessions for all sports in the stadium: football, soccer, lacrosse, and baseball. In return we give 15% of the profits to WSHS athletics. Having the concessions enables us to pay for our bus costs, equipment purchases and repairs. We have some of the lowest band dues in the county, and having the concessions allows us to keep our dues low. We ask all parents to volunteer their fair share of at least two concession nights; that way it won't cause an undue burden on anyone.

You can sign up for concession dates online at: http://www.volunteersignup.org/X8L33
All volunteers must be a registered dividend with Seminole County. To register or update your application at the beginning of the school year, please go to the Seminole County Public School website:
