WSHS BAND OF GOLD, CHORUS, & COLOR GUARD
PROUDLY PRESENT
"THE 6TH ANNUAL SHOWCASE CONCERT"
The Showcase concert is an annual concert presented by the band students
and the chorus in which they "showcase" their talent. Each section of
the band performs pieces they select and sometimes arrange themselves. The concert is
performed "in the round" in the auditorium, meaning the performers might
be on the stage, or in one of the four corners of the auditorium. As
one section finishes, the spotlight switches to another part of the
auditorium for the next performance. In addition to each section
performing, there are also small ensembles that perform.
