3:00-5:30 PM
Tuesdays and Thursdays

BRING WATER & SNACKS

Typical Game Day Schedule
Report Time 4/4:30 (depending on home or away game)
Run-Throughs: Practice at the pit
Return to Band Room
Eat (if desired...no eating once in uniform)
Get uniforms and dress
Inspections (section leaders inspect for proper attire)
Load buses (away games)-roll call taken
Arrive/Game
Load buses (away games to return)- roll call taken
Return to Band Room
Return uniform in proper form to uniform room
(if not in proper form, students go to the back of the line to try again)
Put instruments away/take home
Clean area/band room
Dismissed 10:30/11:00 (time varies according to home/away game)
Specific report times/estimated dismissal times are posted on the board in the band room
each week, and are also emailed to parents who supply an email address at band registration.
